Dispatch training is one of the key elements for future small fleet carrier owners.

Trucker boards may be a bit confusing, but after you complete the training, everything will be a piece of cake!

Most company drivers are used to get loads from their dispatch, and when they want to transition from that position to an independent one, they should know how to dispatch from the start!

Our goal is to fully support small fleet owners and owner operators with their own authority, so we offer dispatch training FOR FREE.

Do you really need it?

If you want to dispatch on your own, then absolutely! You can choose to use dispatch services (we also offer them), but the best move you can make is to complete the dispatch training, and be completely independent.

This way you would be able to plan routes on your own, pick the loads that best suit you and manage your time better.

After our team provides you with the dispatch training, you will be ready to do everything on your own, except for the back office stuff, but don’t worry, we got your back on that one!

What is the best way to learn?

There’s plenty of truckers who already dispatch themselves and are willing to give you some pointers. You can do some research on your own on YouTube, and various trucking communities on Facebook and Reddit.

These are only some extra sources you can look into, but you won’t have to do any of that after you complete our dispatch training.

The best way to learn is by practicing, and our dispatch team will teach you how to master the art while you’re on the road.

No time wasted, and some money in the future to be saved!

How long will dispatch training take?

This type of training, and it is one of the best practices to do it, will take around 2-3 months, depending on how quickly you get a hand of everything.

While our team dispatches you, they will take you through the steps of finding and booking the best loads.

You will also learn how to use load boards efficiently and on the go. Luckily, today, you can search for loads and book them even on your cell phone.

We can start the process of dispatch training whenever you want, if you want to start training from day one of our cooperation, that’s great! We’re ready for you!

What’s the catch, why is it free?

There’s no catch, we’re focused on providing the best in the business back office solutions, dispatching is something we do besides that.

Our goal is to cooperate with small fleet owners in the best way possible, and we believe that they should be able to handle dispatch on their own and manage that part of the business, while we take care of all the paperwork.

The takeaway

So what do you say? Great deal, right? You will be a master dispatcher after you complete our dispatch training. But, first let us know when you want to start by giving us a call, or sending us an email.
